Motivational Monday: Take Care of Yourself

I will be the first to admit that there were many years when I did not take very good care of myself physically. I thought it was hard and all my goals seemed unattainable. I wanted to be more physically fit but I lacked the motivation and the drive. I tried my very best to take care of the emotional, mental, and spiritual sides of me but for some reason I always put the physical aspect of wellness on the back burner. A little over a year ago I knew it was time to really take care of myself. All aspects including physical. So, I became a runner and FELL IN LOVE with running and a  year later I feel the best I ever have.
