Fit foods Friday: Cookies


YES COOKIES!!!!!
Making healthy food choices DOES NOT mean never having a sweet treat. 
We all crave a little sweet cookie, and when that craving comes I have something perfect for you. 
These little cookies are amazing and so easy to bake.

PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
1 cup natural peanut butter
1 cup splenda
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
THAT IS IT!

Bake at 350 for 10 minutes

Only 2 carbs per cookie and 60 calories so ...
BAKE
EAT
ENJOY!
